Forgot your Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password to log in to the QSecure system, you can follow the below steps to reset your password.

1.       On the QSecure login page, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link.

2.       Enter your user id and click the Next button.

3.       After entering your user ID, you should now see the security question you set up previously.  Enter your answer for that question, exactly as you entered it when setting up the question, and click Next.

4.       Once you have answered your security question correctly, you will receive a confirmation message that your password has been reset, and you should receive an email containing your new password at the email address we have on file for you shortly.

Additional Notes

·         If you’ve forgotten your User ID or hadn’t yet set up your security question, you will need to contact QTime Customer Service in order to reset your password and retrieve your user ID.

·         You have 10 attempts to answer your security question correctly.  After the first five, you will be required to enter a Captcha in order to continue attempting to answer.  After ten unsuccessful attempts to answer your security question, your account will be deactivated, and you will need to contact QTime Customer Service to have your account reactivated.
